*** Registrations are ONLY Online and MUST be completed no later than July 31, 2023. Late fees and a wait list will apply after July 31st.

We continue to partner with PlayPay as our online payment option service provider for the 2023 / 2024 season. It’s fast, it’s easy, and free (non-credit card transactions) to the end user.

Please read the instructions below;

Sign-in - https://www.playpay.ca/secure_html/custom/playpay/index.cfm once you have signed up, follow the steps below to make a payment:

**B-Rep tryouts are for U11 to U18 and must be chosen at time of registration.**

1. Select South Grenville Minor Hockey to your personal organization list.
• In your PlayPay account, click ‘my organizations’.
• Enter South Grenville in Organization and click ‘Search’.
• Select the association from the returned list and click ‘Next’.
• Enter the Participant’s Name and their GoalLine ID # (0 if unknown or new player). Then select the activities that apply to the player. These can be changed/updated at any time.
• Scroll down and click ‘Add Participant’ to add another player or ‘Done’ if there are no more to add.
• IMPORTANT - REPEAT THE ABOVE STEPS FOR EACH PLAYER.

2. You’re now ready to make payments!
• In your PlayPal account, click ‘my payments’ and then click ‘make a payment’.
• Enter the payment amount. You’ll see a summary of Amount Owed which can be paid in full, or spread over a few separate payments.
• Choose from one of four ways to pay. There is a 2.5% convenience fee to pay by credit card. There is no cost to make payments by e-cheque (i.e., direct debit), bank payment or interac eTransfer.
• You'll be notified by email when your payment is processed. Payment Submission of Regular Season / Rep B Fee/Fundraising Paid in Full by Aug 30, 2023. No player will be allowed on the ice until full payment is made.

**Notes**

1. Players trying out for RSL Kings or Cyclones, MUST complete online registration with their home association. Please notify the registrar by email registrar@sgmha.com

2. The Association is afforded a ONE-week minimum to record players in the HCR system to be eligible for SGMHA activities. Essentially, Please do not expect to show up at the rink with payment(s) and expect we can make the player(s) eligible for SGMHA activities. 3. Registrations are Incomplete until the SGMHA has received ALL (online) Forms and Payments. Until such time Players are IN-eligible for any/all functions (conditioning, evaluation, tryouts).
